Azerbaijan Tourist Visa

Embassy of Azerbaijan
does not entertain Tourist visa however in special cases by provding the
undermention documents they can consider the case
- Valid passport with validity of more
than six months.
- 1 Visa application form duly filled
in and signed- Photocopy can be used
- 2 Recent passport size colour photographs.
- Covering Letter stating the applicant's
name, designation, purpose and duration of stay.
- Hotel confirmation ( Only in certain
cases )
- Overseas Medical Insurance Policy (from
any Insurance Company).
- HIV Test Certificate from Authorized
Doctor of the Embassy.
- Personal Income Tax papers / TDS for
the last three years.
- Personal Bank Statement for the last
three months.

Rs. 4,160/- Double Entry for 3 months.

the verfication has been done and the report is positive be documents
are sent for approval to Azerbaijan.
