Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in handling online visa applications

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Team Mentorship and Building:

Provide strong leadership to the Online Visas team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

Identify training needs and implement development programs to strengthen the team's expertise.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and improvement.

 

B. In-Depth Knowledge of VISA Facilitation Operations (Online):

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the visa facilitation process, particularly in the online visa domain.

Stay updated with the latest changes in visa regulations and ensure the team is well-informed as well.

Oversee visa applications to ensure compliance with relevant authorities' guidelines and regulations.

 

C. SOP Creation and Implementation:

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for online visa processing.

Implement SOPs effectively across the team to streamline processes and maintain consistency.

Continuously review and improve SOPs to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

 

D. High Levels of Customer Orientation:

Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service throughout the visa application process.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

 

E. Liaison with Relevant Partners:

Collaborate with relevant partners, including government agencies and visa processing centers.

Establish and maintain strong relationships to facilitate smooth visa processing and resolve any issues that may arise.

 

F. 10-Year Hardcore Visa Experience:

Leverage your extensive 5-year experience in visa processing, with a strong focus on online visa facilitation.

Utilize your expertise to make strategic decisions and guide the team through complex visa cases.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of hardcore visa processing experience, with significant exposure to online visa facilitation.

Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and mentorship.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and partners.

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in visa processing.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement SOPs effectively.

Strong customer orientation and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Bachelor's degree.
